We have designed and built dust extraction systems for two production lines for one of our key customers. The plant operates in one of the most modern production facilities in the world, located in Brazil.
The order included the execution of insulated chimney systems from process equipment together with supporting structures. For each technological device, a dust extraction system has been implemented, from the outlet pipe from the device through the extract unit located on the roof of the hall.
In order to support the chimney system, special supporting structures were designed and constructed as attached to roof trusses together with mounting slots. Every chimney passage through the roof layer has been properly made and sealed.
From the process equipment, contaminated air is discharged via flexible hose to cyclone separators. The air is then transferred from the cyclones to the radial fans via air exhaust pipes.
Polluted air is discharged through hood ducts into radial fans. The dusty air from the fans is discharged through the roof extract unit to the atmosphere.
The installation made by us is an essential component for the operation of the entire production plant. It is yet another investment project for one of our key global customers.
Some figures related to the project
- We completed the project at a distance of more than 10 thousand km from our design office.
The order included:
- 2 production lines,
- 42 chimney installations,
- 6 radial fans,
- 4 cyclone pre-separators.
