Our offer
Electrical connectivity EX ATEX
A first step towards creating an international standard for industrial plugs and receptacles was taken with the IEC 60309 and CEE Publication 17, “Requirements for Plugs and Receptacles for Industrial Use”. “IEC” stands for “INTERNATIONAL ELECTRICAL COMMISSION”. When selecting plugs and receptacles from the existing ranges for standardization, preference was given to round plugs and receptacles, as the contact-making insert can be arranged in various positions (hours of day). This allows a high degree of differentiation of plugs and receptacles with regard to the various types of currents, voltages, frequencies, etc.
Ex-Junction boxes and terminal enclosures ATEX
All junction boxes and terminal boxes are designed to meet the essential requirements of the ATEX Directive (94/9/EC). Devices with additional measures to ensure effective protection against the generation of excessive temperatures, the occurrence of arcs and electric sparks, under normal operating conditions and in certain abnormal states, are approved for use in explosion hazardous areas in accordance with PN-EN 60079-7 (Explosive atmospheres - Part 7: Protection of equipment by means of reinforced construction "e").
Ex-Cable glands ATEX
Ex cable glands are used wherever a properly protected connection of armored or non-armored cable to machinery or equipment is required. Explosion-proof cable glands also effectively protect against corrosion. They have been successfully tested in installations operating in harsh environments, including those exposed to various chemicals.
Ex-Control units and control stations ATEX
The offered control stations and panels, which are the heart of every control system, can be operated even under extreme industrial conditions. Our enclosures are resistant to corrosion and the effects of aggressive chemicals. A wide range of available solutions allows for creating custom and individual configurations. Components such as signal lights, buttons, connectors, and measuring devices can form various combinations of control boxes with the available enclosures to meet almost any customer needs and requirements.
Ex-Safety and main current switches ATEX
Safety switches are used to reliably isolate the power supply on electrical installations and apparatus during maintenance, cleaning and repair work. Main current switches are used to operate drives, motors and other electrical equipment.
Ex-Control and distribution systems ATEX
If electrical apparatus is to be used in hazardous areas, i.e. potentially explosive atmospheres, where arcing or sparking can occur, it must be protected according to EN 60079 pp. by special constructional measures. CEAG explosion- protected products derives its high degree of safety through the combination of various types of protection. Thus, flameproof encapsulated devices (Ex-d), for instance, are also integrated in enclosures of the „Increased Safety“ type (Ex-e). As these components are of modular design, they can be combined according to customers‘ requirements.
Optical-acoustic signaling EX ATEX
As part of the electrical equipment department we offer explosion-proof optical-acoustic signaling: manual call points, multicolour signal lights, visual alarms, alarm sounders, strobe light sirens and heat detector. All equipments are intended for use in potentially explosive zones.
