Big-Bag Loading and Unloading
WOLFF GROUP offers loading/unloading stations for big-bags. They enable an efficient filling and emptying process of large-size bags with a minimum involvement of personnel. The basic advantages of the loading / unloading station is handling different height bags, possibility of operation in explosion risk zones (ATEX certificate), dust-free operation, and an integrated weighing system. At the customer’s request, the machine can be equipped with other dedicated solutions.

1. BIG-BAG UNLOADING
BASIC PARAMETERS
- Design: stainless steel or carbon steel
- No dusting (dust carried out to a dust extraction system)
APPLICATION
- Unloading all types of big-bags
- Materials: powders, granulates, minerals, crystals, etc.
OPTIONAL DESIGNS
- Vibratory system for supporting the unloading
- Big-bag straining system
- Knife damper closing the bag before opening, weighing mechanism
- Conveyor for further transport of material upon emptying the bag
