We provide air classifiers or complete lines for milling and segregating loose products. The capacity of a single air separator is in the range of 0.8 to 80 t/h. Then the milling lines, apart from the air classifier, also include systems for transporting and feeding the product to the mill, weighing system, pneumatic system for receiving the milled product, dedusting and screening plants. The offered solutions are operated in hundreds of industrial plants throughout the world, in particular in the production of cement, clinker, ceramic semi-finished products, kaolin, bentonite, coal, coke, dolomite, talcum, anhydrite, calcite and limestone.

Air classifiers ensure high performance with relatively low energy consumption. At the same time, they are characterised by the precise separation of very fine products with a grain size of several to several hundred microns. They are the best alternative to screens that are often unable to separate fractions below 63 microns.

Advantages of air classifiers

  • Wide capacity range (from 0.8 to 80 t/h)
  • Separation of very fine fractions (from 1 to 1000 µm)
  • Low energy consumption
  • Wear and tear resistance
  • Rotor speed control
  • Air flow rate control

Air Classifiers – Application

Air classifiers are mainly used to separate mineral materials into two phrases. Their task usually consists in separating the finest dust (e.g. fillers, quartz sand) from the final product, as the dust worsens the physiochemical properties of the product, or separating the finest fraction which is the final product (e.g. toners). The separation point is usually in the range from 1 to 1000 µm.

Application of Air Classifiers:

  • mineral industry
  • cement industry
  • building materials industry
  • energy industry
  • production of paints and toners

Application of Air Classifiers by Products

  • anhydrite
  • bentonite
  • cellulose
  • cement
  • dolomite
  • gypsum
  • porcelain clay
  • graphite
  • calcite
  • kaolin
  • silica
  • refractory materials
  • limestone powder
  • quartz sand
  • rare-earth elements
  • pigments and dyes
  • fly ash
  • ceramic semi-finished products
  • PVC
  • feldspar
  • talcum
  • zirconium oxide
  • toner
  • calcium carbonate
  • sodium bicarbonate

  Designing installations for bulk materials

Depending on the investor’s needs, we are able to provide a single device, as well as design and then build a complete installation for bulk materials. In addition, we design and production dedusting and central vacuum systems (including those for explosive dust).

  Explosion safety

Due to over 25 years of experience in the field of explosion safety, if installation will process flammable or explosive dusts, we are able to make appropriate systems to protect against the effects of an explosion and studies required by law (including explosion risk assessment, determining of explosion hazard zones, explosion protection document).
