Screening machines for wet screening
We deliver screening machines for wet screening of products with granulation up to 30 mm. In screening machines for wet screening, the product fed to the screen is rinsed with water sprayed from jets located above the screen deck.
The screen for wet screening is equipped with a drive in the form of two counter rotating, unbalanced, low power motors, as well as with VFE® (Vibro-Flex Exciter) elastomer actuators. Thanks to such solution, the screening cloth vibrates with a chaotic motion that results in a possibility to effectively eliminate contamination from the screened product.
Wet screening is perfect for applications, when the material used for production possesses clay-loam contamination that may agglomerate product grains and as a result prevent their screening. Therefore, it may have a negative effect on the product’s quality, as well as on later crushing, drying or screening processes.

Screening machines for wet screening – basic information
- The screening machine is powered with the use of two counter rotating, unbalanced, low power vibrating motors (machine body vibrates with amplitude of 0,5-1 m) and VFE® elastomer actuators causing the uncoordinated motion of screening cloths
- The chaotic frequency of motion of loosely mounted screening cloths achieve a local vibration amplitude of 3-6 mm that ensures a constant cleaning of screens – self-cleaning properties
- Spray jets located above the screen decks ensure a thorough rinsing of material
- Exceptionally high accuracy of cleaning product from contamination thanks to uncoordinated vibrations with high vibration frequency at very low engine power
